Typically prepared with meat, rice, and/or additional side dishes.
 

  • Fold one foot of foil in half and then with only one edge open.
  • Soak some beans in water in a large container for an hour.
  • Rub the beans to peel the skin.
  • Grind the beans into a paste.
  • Add tomato sauce, oil, salt, hard-boiled eggs, or dried fish, or ground beef.
  • Put mixture into foil for cooking.
  • Place the foil large pot.
  • Boil at least half an hour
  • Serve to hungry guests!
